Garden Pavilion Suites

A concept for a boutique hotel’s suite floor, designed around a slow arrival. Corridors are wrapped in grasscloth wallcovering and carpeted in deep wool carpet, which together soften both the light and the sound before guests reach their door.

Each entry is set back behind a timber lattice screen, giving a moment of threshold before the suite itself. Inside, layered blackout curtains and sheers let guests sleep through the morning or open the room to the garden.
